Leyside is a beautiful, cosy and very comfortable, semi-detached cottage that overlooks the beautiful Slapton Ley in South Devon, a freshwater inland lake that is separated from the sea by a three mile long shingle ridge. Set in the middle of the thriving village of Torcross, there is no need to get in the car as the beach is on the doorstep, an excellent pub/restaurant and tea rooms are a few yards walk away and a good farm shop with garden centre and gift and craft shops as well as a brewery.

Set in a private garden on our 30-acre farm, the yurt has everything you need for a perfect holiday. 3 miles from the beautiful South Devon coast and easy access to local amenities. The yurt is furnished comfortably with kitchen, dining, seating and sleeping areas , has electricity & a wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside is private parking, a deck with furniture & parasol, BBQ, lawn and fire pit with garden chairs. Extra shared facilities: bathroom, games, walks, freezer

The Old Bakery dates back to 1836 and lies at the heart of the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, outside Dartmouth. Set on the South West Coast Path, it is 15 minutes’ walk from the award-winning beach of Blackpool Sands and an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams and Dartmoor. The spacious accommodation features an open-plan living room and dining area, bedroom, panelled en-suite shower room and modern fully-fitted kitchen. Private parking is available at the back of the property.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Kiln Nook, Stokenham

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.
