What a wonderful find. Francesca's house was spotless, beautifully furnished and decorated and well equipped for all our needs. The area is lovely with walks along the canal just a few minutes from the door. When we had an enquiry, Francesca responded within minutes. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you!

The cottage was cosy and homely, with super cute and thoughtful interior touches throughout. It’s in a great location, perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, Leeds, York and more, all within easy driving distance. Also dog-friendly, with beautiful walks right from the doorstep and a warm, welcoming local community. All in all, a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at David’s beautiful and unique accommodation. David was responsive to all queries and made us feel incredibly welcome. He’s clearly passionate about the space he has designed and built — it’s thoughtfully planned, exceptionally well designed, and full of character.The attention to detail throughout is outstanding. We had the best night’s sleep in the enormous, super-comfy bed, and the large walk-in shower was a joy to use. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The views from the living area and terrace are lovely. It’s an easy and scenic walk into the centre of Marsden along the canal towpath or a quiet lane, and both the Standedge Tunnel and North of England Centre for Music and Arts with its cafe are just a couple of minutes away on foot. Beautifully presented cottage with bags of character. It was so comfortable and well designed with everything needed for a comfortable, homely stay. The view is amazing and it is deceptively spacious. There are lovely walks and things to do on the doorstep. Charlotte was very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay - thank you.
