A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Get in gear in this unique and tranquil home all the way down to the water. A simple but personal cottage overlooking the water. Sofa bed with 2 sleeping places, as well as a bed with 2 sleeping places (1.5 bed). Small kitchenette with 2 hotplates. Small refrigerator. Electric kettle, toaster, and service. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Nice terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding for DKK 100 per person.

Beautiful summer cottage by Kobæk beach

Great location by Kobæk beach! The cottage is located in the 2nd row to the water with a nice sea view over Agersøsund and the ship traffic! The cottage has 4 double rooms, but one is locked for private use. There are therefore 3 double rooms with 140cm beds! The house is rented out to 7 as there is an extra mattress available. The bathroom is older but works perfectly! Kobæk beach is very scenic and has a fantastic beach and jetty. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the cottage!
