The house is located with approx. 200 meters to the water via a small path and, 100 m to the forest and 1 km to shopping and restaurant. The cottage was built in 2021, the kitchen is in open connection with the living room and with the large glass section to the garden there is a unique view, there are two good double bedrooms, an office with sofa bed and cot, as well as 1 bathroom with underfloor heating.

Specielt om sommeren kan man være vidne til de smukkeste solnedgange. Rolig sandstrand med badebro, i sommerhalvåret, ligger kun 2 minutter væk på gåben. Huset har 2 værelser med hver 2 enkeltmandssenge.
