New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

I have spent my summers here since I was a child. Charming summerhouse/second home/summer cottage only 100 meters from the beach, with a large garden and small lake. You can see the sea through the large windows in the living room and the house's 100 m2 wooden terrace. A swim is only a short walk away. The beach is mostly sandy nice and only a few people there – often you will be all by yourself. The island is less than 2 hours from Copenhagen - 1½ hours drive and 15 minutes with a small ferry.
