150 year old charming pilotshouse. The house situated towards south-west on the oceanfront / beachfront including 2 acres of land with own heliport and harbour 400 meters away, 200 meter walk to the beach. Highspeed internet Nearby Skælskør is a beautiful old town with nice restaurants etc. This house is the perfect setup for the large family, two family vacation or just a couple that whant space and solitude. A place for a yoga retreat and it also includes a sauna upon request.

Hyggeligt og moderne sommerhus

Læn dig tilbage og slap af i denne stilfulde bolig. Sommerhuset er blevet totalrenoveret og sat til salg. Men indtil den rigtige køber dukker op, synes vi, det er synd, at andre ikke skal kunne nyde dette dejlige hus. Det er fuldt møbleret, men der kan mangle nogle småting hist og her. Men der er mega hyggeligt og I finder absolut det mest almindelige - til en god pris.
