New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Indbydende sommerhus med to værelser, stort køkkenalrum, badeværelse med spa, solrige terasser; - beliggende højt i terræn med masser af sol med glimt til Storebæltsbroen. 750 m til dejlig og børnevenlig badestrand. I området er der masser af dyreliv; først og sidst på sæsonen er der gode muligheder for at se råvildt i haven. Da vi holder meget af dyrelivet er dele af haven overladt til sig selv. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en lukket vej. Vi har også sandkasse og gynge til børn.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented.
