We are located in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the village centre where there is a selection of excellent bars and restaurants. We have off street parking and the accommodation has its own private entrance, with one double bedroom and ensuite shower room. There is a fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine for guests to use in the property together with provisions to prepare a continental breakfast.

Suite 2 is equipped with a kitchen, en-suite shower facilities, a large spacious bedroom with king-size bed and seating area. There are beautiful views over the river. This suite has its own private entrance and parking. This is an adults only space. (Self catering -no meals are provided)

The Annexe @18 Perth Place is a newly converted garage which comprises of a large double en-suite bedroom with kitchen facilities and a decked outdoor seating area. The Annexe has it's own private entrance with parking and is within the grounds of our family home. We are situated in a quiet residential area 1.9 miles from Fort William town centre, there is access from our garden to the Cow Hill Circuit and we are 0.1 mile from the nearest bus stop.
