Cabin vacation rentals in Skye

Really nice cottage, very remote which was perfect for us but I can imagine would be hard to get to in winter without a 4 wheel drive car. The guest book had lots of information in which gave you some good ideas on what to do during your stay. Only constructive feedback I would give is that the cottage could have done with a shelter area outside on the decking or near the hot tub so you can site outside when raining.

Awesome stay and location. We spend hours admiring the views. The house was equipped with everything .Very comfy and cosy stay.

We had a lovely stay at Riverside Cottage, beautiful location. Perfect cosy base to come back to after a day exploring Glen Affric and the wider area. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the bustle of city life for a few days.

Wow! What an amazing place. I came to celebrate my birthday with my best friend and it did not disappoint. The place was just as described and those views wow 😍 it had everything we needed for a night of relaxation in the hot tub looking at the beautiful surroundings. Fabulous shower, lovely hot tube, very comfortable bed and a very peaceful setting. Broadford is a great base to explore Skye. Good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops for the essentials. Had a fantastic stay, the pod was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly designed for a comfortable getaway. Nestled in a peaceful location with stunning mountain views, it was close to Ben Nevis and other great hiking spots. The bed was comfy, the kitchenette had everything I needed, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The host was very helpful and even accommodated an early check in for me, making the stay even more enjoyable. Perfect for a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend this little gem and would definitely stay again!

We had the loveliest time at the cabin. The place was as clean as can be and had everything we needed. The view is phenomenal and there are loads of little birds flying around which makes it even better to just sit back, watch and enjoy. Lindsay thought of literally everything which makes this place a 10/10. Would absolutely come back here!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara’s cabin. The location was perfect for us - quiet, beautiful, comfortable. Walking and kayaking from the door and we were treated to a couple of otter sighting whilst we were there. Sara was a great host, and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend.

Cosy and clean little guesthouse in Fort Williams. Jon and Jackie came out to welcome us when we arrived, giving us some valuable tips on where we can walk the dog. Town center with a lot of nice bars, restaurants and Cafés is 5 min by car. We loved the highland cow themed duvet covers and would recommend the place to a friend.

Really lovely respite on our NC500 camper tour. Jessica was responsive and helpful, even getting us some eggs after we had forgotten to get them from the shop. The location was only 20 minutes from the NC500 route so ideal for us, but would also be great if you are travelling between Applecross and Inverness, on the route to/from the NC500. Clean and comfortable space, we had a really restful stay. We also had two dogs with us, there was enough space for us all and it was ideal to be able to keep them in a separate room after being in the camper with them all week! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you x

We had a fabulous time staying at the lodge just outside Poolewe. It had everything we needed and was a lovely, comfortable base for exploring the area — perfect for retracing some of my favourite childhood holiday spots. The location is brilliant, and Alisdair was a warm and welcoming host. Fab place — we’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful place; well situated and made with the environment in mind. Beautiful location with stunning views from every window. Fabulous decor. The bed was very comfy and so we're the sofas, there were plenty of amenities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nick was incredibly helpful with lots of tips and walks to do in the local area. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay! Peaceful quiet setting yet walkable to the town within 10 min, also a short 10 min walk to the cow hill circuit hike. Greg was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Absolutely nothing to report. Very welcoming and available host. Completely independent accommodation sufficiently well-equipped. Quiet place with views of Ben Nevis. Easy parking.

This is THE place to go if you want to escape the world, to enjoy total peace and quiet, to read voraciously, to paint gorgeous scenery, to meditate without interruption, to contemplate the world and your life, to grieve over a loss, or to enjoy a wild, romantic weekend. The place is remote, which is just what we wanted for this trip. The area is extremely beautiful. (Understatement.) The kitchen is good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower great. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating, which allowed us to sip a beer or tea while watching the ever-changing weather on Skye. You may experience an occasional internet interruption due to a passing storm, but that is probably for the best, since you really should be there to escape the usual civilization.

We spent two nights at Shulista Croft Wigwam, spent our days walking Rubha Hunish and Trotternish Ridge. The accommodation was absolutely lovely and met every expectation. Outstanding location and outstanding hosts. We hope to return for another visit.

We really loved the place - it had everything one would ever need. It’s spotless clean, private, and has all the amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, etc. The location is also great - short drive to Isle of Skye, but also lots of places to see around. Highly recommend!

Simply one of the best places to stay on the island. We have just stayed here for the second year in a row and will book again for next year. Diana is the most friendly and communicative host you’ll find. The place is spotless, the views unbelievable, and everything is so well thought out. It’s just perfect. We also went to Chidakasha, the little veggy restaurant a two minute walk from the cabin l, and had a really special and unique meal.

We stayed here for 3 night and we really loved the pod. Everything you need is available. The bathroom and kitchen are only a few steps away from de pod.
