Monthly Rentals in Skunk Harbor

We had a fantastic stay at Francis’ place! We rented the house for an entire month in the winter and had no complaints. The place is close to Heavenly, and it makes for an easy day trip to Kirkwood or Northstar as well. There’s plenty of great takeout spots and restaurants around, and the house itself was comfortable and well maintained. The fireplace was a plus

The studio was simple, clean, and in a good location. A bit dark during the day because it faces north but good for sleeping. Leo and Kathy were communicative and helpful. Good for a basic trip. The cleaning charge was higher than one night of rent which is my only concern, but it's Tahoe so everything is more expensive.

From booking to checkout, Dana was promptly communicative and resolved any minor issues swiftly, showing dedication to guest satisfaction. I worked remotely with occasional Wi-Fi blips during calls but managed fine. The Airbnb offered a cozy retreat after exploring beautiful Lake Tahoe, with a serene environment and comfortable amenities. Recommend for a peaceful and well-managed stay—winter bonus, close to a Heavenly ski run!

Greg and Chris' place in Minden is immaculate. It has been beautifully designed and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could possibly need during a long-term stay. We visited the area so that we could enjoy some spring skiing - with Heavenly only 30 minutes away and Palisades Tahoe about 1.5 hrs it is a great home base! Greg and Chris are extremely accommodating and very responsive. The cherry on top was being able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets each day. I would highly recommend staying at Greg & Chris' spot and would love to return one day.
