Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Newly built nature and seaside apartment.

At the end of the street, with a playground and forest outside the doorstep, is this newly built guest apartment. In Skreanäs you have 5-10 minutes to several lovely sandy beaches, including Skrea beach and Ringsegård beach, where you can drive all the way down to the beach edge by car. You have several lovely walking paths in the forest or beautiful nature and close to shopping, golf, restaurant and nightlife. The house is located with the front door straight out towards a really nice playground with BBQ. Welcome!

We were really tired when we reached there and took a short nap before getting out. The place was really big and in the middle of the city. we were 3 families with 3 cars and all 3 cars were fitting in the parking . eventhough it was quite near to the street, there were no incoming noise and the backyard was relatively clean. we felt it was definitely worth the money we paid for.

For the second year in a row, we visited this amazing cottage. And again, we leave it super happy. Have nothing negative to say about this cottage, the host couple are nice and ask from time to time if everything is as it should be. They give good tips on things to do, restaurants, etc. I really recommend this cozy place 😊
