Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

At the end of the street, with a playground and forest outside the door, is this newly-built guest apartment. In Skreanäs, you have 5-10 minutes to several lovely sandy beaches, including Skrea beach and Ringsegård beach, where you can drive all the way down to the shore by car. You have several lovely walking trails in the woods or beautiful nature and close to shopping, golf, restaurants and nightlife. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Our "farmhouse" is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad overlooking Suseån valley, fields and meadows. In the nearby area, there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafés. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach 15 kilometers to Falkenberg 25 km to Halmstad 45 kilometers to Ullared A place to stay if you want something special!
