The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

We rent out our cozy swimming cabin on Skrea beach. The cottage is beautifully situated behind hedges. 100 m to the beach. 30 m to service building with toilets, showers, washing room. Note the cost of the counter/shower is 4 SEK/min. There is no water or toilet in the cabin. There are water tanks with a faucet that you fill with water Table, chairs, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, TV. Cleaning is provided by the guest. Bed in the form of a sofa bed 1.40 cm and a thick tempur mattress.

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Lillstugan

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio boasts a glorious sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).
