Gubbmyrens cross-country track is located only 100 meters from the house with loops in 5, 7 and 10 km. Welcome to our built mountain apartment on the ground floor 3 rooms (4+2 beds) in newly built Fjällbäcken Lindvallen, the area is about 200 meters from the newly built lift Söderåsen Express and pleasant walking distance to Experium with its facilities such as spa and adventure swimming. Our home is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, bunk bed (120/80 cm) and a sofa bed (153 cm), bathroom with washing machine and sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Drying cabinet & washing machine is available.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

We are renting out our apartment in Lindvallen. The apartment is located next door to Olarsgården in Lindvallen. To the lift (300 m) and service it is only a few minutes walk to Sälfjällstorg's range of services, restaurants and entertainment. The property is of very good standard and has everything needed for comfortable self-catering. Possibility to rent bed linen is available (100 SEK/person).
