This is a lovely cabin in the woods - sitting next to my home.( about 150 feet away) The area could be described as "rustic"- insofar as it IS the Oklahoma Osage Hills- 20 miles via a nice drive into Tulsa. Also about 45 minutes from Pawhuska, Oklahoma, home of the Osage Nation - and the Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond. The view is overlooking the Osage Hills of Oklahoma. You can be as private as you want, or hike, drive to the lake, kayak. Peaceful and serene. Perfect for rural- loving folks.

The Apartment Away

We welcome you to The Apartment Away from busy city streets with private entry, just outside of Owasso. Your private entrance opens to a living room with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heated and cooled attached sunroom is great for watching wildlife. We are on 2 wooded acres just a couple miles from shops and stores, in a safe and quiet country neighborhood.

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Relax and watch the sunset in the cool ac after a hot day on the lake or in the hot tub on chilly days. This lakefront home is near Cross Timbers Marina where boats and slips are often available for rental. Ideal for family gatherings. Note: No easy access to the lake. A steep unmaintained trail leads to the shoreline which is also not maintained. Hot tub is seasonal and may not be available during warmer weather. Contact host for off season rates. Relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek, lots of wildlife can be seen. Perfect for a couples weekend, or a quiet getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!

Built in 1900, the cabin made of native sandstone sits atop one of the rolling Osage hills. It's fully renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, soaker tub, & views out every window! The cabin faces west and the most beautiful sunsets are the evening's entertainment. Guests will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by ranch land as far as they can see, yet still partake of the town life just 5 miles away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in country setting on one flat acre , with plenty of parking . Close to Will Rogers Downs and Cherokee Casino. 5 miles to turnpike gate off highway 44 & close to route 66. The home is newly built & everything is new. All new appliances & a new 58" smart tv. Just installed a new water heater so now have plenty of hot water! We would love to have you stay.
