Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even from the main house. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and a church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive. Falsterbo is also a center for bird watching.
