Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Skaneateles Lake

Drift away was a wonderful cottage right on the lake. Place was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views. We didn’t have the greatest weather which would have made the trip so much better, so we hope to plan a trip back soon.

A beautifully decorated and updated house! It was warm and inviting and felt like a home away from home. Location was in a nice neighborhood, walkable to town and close to the shops and restaurants. We loved our two night stay and hope to go back next year! Ronnie answered questions quickly, provided dinner recommendations and checked in to see how our stay was going. Excellent Airbnb owners! We stayed at Blue Heron Lodge for 2 nights. It's been a wonderful experience. The place looks even nicer in person. It is clean and has all the necessities you might need. What we specially loves about this place is its easy access to the lake and there are kayak and boat right there to use. The host Evan is very responsive and easy to communicate. We will definitely be back if we ever visit fingers lake area again!!

We chose Casa Esperanza as a place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together as my husband had to work away from home. The house and surrounding area are beautiful. Miguelina is the perfect host. She had everything we needed and more from some welcome snacks to beautiful holiday decor. She was helpful and very responsive. My children enjoyed the games available and playing outside. She made this a very special stay for our family and I would recommend everyone considering visiting the Auburn/fingerlakes area choose her Air bnb locations to stay at. Thank you Mickey!

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at Brandon's house for seven nights. It was an excellent choice for a home base while we explored the Finger Lakes area, There isn't much else I can say about the home which hasn't already been said, it is as advertised and as reviewed by all of the others. Comfortable bed, warm shower (with good pressure), kitchen well stocked with utensils and very spacious (especially with the high ceilings). The neighborhood was very quiet (almost desolate to an extent). Brandon is well versed in being a great host, he has all the bases covered. Highly recommended. A+

This may have been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place was homey and cozy, I slept like a baby. And Linda thought of absolutely everything you might need. She was super responsive and friendly. I wish I had been staying longer and would most definitely come back there!

We had a wonderful stay in an idyllic setting! The location is perfect--peaceful with gorgeous views, and only 15 minutes away from Corning where there is plenty to do for a weekend getaway. BJ was super accommodating and I loved having the opportunity to meet the goats and learn about the history of the farm. I would definitely stay here again.

Full of natural light. Peaceful & private outdoor area with fire pit & hot tub. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Beth’s place! The home looked exactly like the photos and offered plenty of space to relax after our winery visits. The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the restaurants we wanted to try in the evenings. The neighborhood felt quiet and very safe, and we really enjoyed strolling around. Beth provided clear instructions for check-in and parking, which made everything seamless. We’d absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends. This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️
