Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

It has a mezzanine bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs, small kitchenette with induction hob, microwave/oven combi and coffee machine. There is a modern bathroom, free wi-fi, French and UK TV channels and Netflix/Prime/Youtube apps on the smart tv.
