A view on waterfalls from the living room & on snow-capped peaks from the back window. A fireplace with unlimited wood creates a cozy mountain atmosphere for evenings by the fire. We provide towels, bed linen, soap, toilet paper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea & basic spices.

Welcome to our comfortable, fully-equipped chalet in Chamonix with stunning mountain views. This modern, newly-built chalet has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Towels, sheets and cleaning included. There's an outdoor jacuzzi. Optional access to Spa room with Swim spa inside (heated to 28°C) and Sauna. Please contact us if you want this option. The kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor, as is the large bedroom with balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a family cottage 600 m from the center of Samoëns, very easy walking access, very quiet. In winter, 1.3 km from the cable car (free shuttle possible), the shuttle stop is 150 meters from the chalet, you can enjoy 265 km of alpine ski slopes. In the summer, you can go cycling (Col de Joux Plane), hiking, rafting and paragliding... Bikes at your disposal... Linens provided. Your beds are made upon arrival. Wi-Fi available.
