Cottage vacation rentals in Sittingbourne

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing Christmas at this property. The grounds are beautiful to explore and the hot tub made it that little bit extra special. Great hosts, with clear instructions and local recommendations too. We will be back!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Myself and daughter had a great weekend at Blackthorn. Beautiful, peaceful countryside location with pool and hot tub. Our stay was comfy and cosy with everything we needed. Had a great meal at a local pub too and only a short drive into rye. Peter was an excellent host.

We stayed at Nina's in the Easter holiday with our two younger children. All of us were left enchanted by her beautiful home! we would love to revisit in the near future. The living room and open plan kitchen was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating our meals with the garden doors wide open. I must say the garden stole the show with it's spacious hot tub! It's situated in such a mesmerising location where you look out to fields. Sheep can be heard constantly- something my three year old absolutely loved! We miss the serenity of the countryside and the beautiful views from the house! Definitely worth a visit! The surrounding areas are simply superb!

We loved our stay. The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything you would need and lovely decor. It's so close to the sea, restaurants and shops, yet was beautifully quiet. We've stayed elsewhere in Whitstable before and been kept away long into the night - this had a great location but with the tranquility. We would love to return!

We stayed as a family in Dahlia’s beautiful cottage. It is in the absolute heart of town with everything on your doorstep. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Beds great and lovely linens. The little back garden was perfect for breakfast and an evening drink. We were left a nice bottle of bubbles in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Dahlia is very responsive to messages. We had no problems at all in the cottage. WiFi is great, parking was a bit tricky on the day we arrived but got a little easier House was spotless. No 1 Whitstable did delicious food and The Ship Centurean did a fabulous Sunday roast . We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend stay at Jennifer’s place with our 11 & 8 year old children. Perfectly equidistant between Sissinghurst & Great Dixter. The house is so cute and had everything we needed. It’s down a lovely quiet road and was so peaceful and overlooked trees and fields. We also had dinner in the local pub (Bell) which was lovely.

Alison dough cottage was lovely and spacious, great for dogs. High end fixtures and fittings. lovely welcome hamper. whitstable right on your doorstep, with parking places in street around the back. pubs restaurants and takeaways a stones throw away.

Absolutely loved this little house, everything you need for a stay away from home. Great location and the garden is a little sun trap. The bath is also amazing we will definitely stay here again.

We booked a one night stay in Dot Cottage last minute for a quick get-away from London. The cottage is really charming and perfectly located in Rye. Catherine was the perfect host and I would absolutely book again to return to Dot Cottage!

What a beautiful cottage just outside Deal. We had a great stay chilling and doing a bit of exploring. Great location for getting around the surrounding area. Bus stop just outside so easy access to Deal or Dover. I would recommend Hut 55 on the sea front in Deal for a coffee and a massive sausage roll (missed out on the giant scotch Eggs) so will need to return to check them out. The cottage was spotless and kitted out with everything you needed. Just a fab place to stay 👏👏👏👏👏❤️

Lovely little house, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Extremely central location with parking for one car. Excellent communication from host Dean who is very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend. Hope to return in the near future as there is so much more to see in Canterbury than we managed in just a weekend!

We stayed in this cottage over the weekend and it was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic as you're less than 5 minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants. Whitstable is a great costal town too with much to offer. I recommend going to Whitstable and staying in this cottage. It has everything you need. Lovely accommodation in beautiful peaceful surroundings. The description of the property was accurate and I received a warm welcome by the hosts, Karen, David and the dogs. Great relaxing space with good wifi and nice walks in the woods that are part of the property. Easy to find due to accurate directions provided by the hosts. The hosts were very helpful in helping me settle in. A lovely place to stay.

On our arrival we had a lovely welcome pack and posy of fresh flowers. The property and location were perfect for us and the communications l had with Olivia and Stuart were always answered promptly. I would definitely like to stay there again in the future. Regards, Janet.

We had a fabulous long weekend. The house is gorgeous,; Heather has a unique aesthetic. Lots of great local walks from the house, best to download the ordinance survey app. Fantastic log burner for chilly nights, it really throws out a lot of heat. Heather was the perfect host and we definitely hope to be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Naomi's cottage. It was very peaceful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a few nights away. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very powerful. The village is very pretty, some excellent walks from the door and a good pub just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend - we hope to come back!
