Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Šiška District

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

Wonderful place to stay in Ljubljana. Ljubljana is entirely walkable, but just about 5 minutes walk to the main square with the triple bridges. Babu’s street food is right outside the apartment, and he’s so friendly and makes great food from Bangladesh. Suzana responded politely and promptly to me. I would totally recommend this place.

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

The place was very quiet and conveniently close to the river, making it a peaceful retreat. Ales was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. It truly felt like an authentic local living experience. We were very satisfied with everything and would happily stay again 😊

We were well hosted by Ales and his wife in this beautiful peaceful accommodation in the countryside but close to shops. Very clean and well decorated. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there from the moment you arrive. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful, very spontaneous stay at Sanela's. Although we arrived very late in the evening at short notice, everything worked very easily. Sanela is super friendly, responds quickly and the apartment is exactly as described. Beautifully bright with plenty of storage space, clean and the kitchen is such that you like to cook in it. You can also sit on the terrace. The location is not within walking distance of downtown, but there is a bus nearby and also the taxi to downtown or back only cost €5 (one way). For this you have a garden and greenery around you. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my time at Desa’s apartment!! The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The glass tile in the bathroom made it feel like a magazine! I read in the handbook for Desa’s apartment, that a film scene was shot upstairs! I loved being able to do laundry there. Definitely a homey-vibe with a well equipped kitchen, although I only reheated BUREK in the oven. Would love to stay here again! The location was very central for the sightseeing. I wanted to do. Only 45 minutes to Bled Castle, and 45 minutes to Postojna Cave!!!!

Jure was very kind and helpful during our stay. We loved the convenient location of the house and appreciated having parking on the property. The unit is spacious and we found it to be very clean. You can expect the place to look like the photos with just the basic amenities provided. Onsite laundry was a bonus. We would be happy to stay here again!

Eva's place is beautiful and very well located. The area is full of houses, trees and you hear the birds each morning plus get to see a nice sunrise and sunset. More there is LIDL 3 minutes away so it's more than convenient. If you want to get to the city you can take the bus, 3 minutes from the building, or you can walk, around 20 minutes. I highly recommend Eva's place and we would definitely return.

Natasha was a friendly and very helpful host. The apartment was very clean. Although it is on a main road, the bedroom at the back is nice and quiet. We loved being so close to the historic centre and found it very convenient to be so near to the train and bus stations for excursions to Bovec, Piran, and Postogna caves. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ljubljana.

The apartment is well located about 10 min walk to the old town where all the sites and restaurants are. The apartment was modern and well decorated and clean. There is a coffee shop/bar downstairs so morning coffee or evening drink is very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would go again.

I stayed in Ivy's apartment with my husband and my 1 1/2 year old. Ivy provided a crib and high chair for our son and there was also fresh milk in the fridge, which we really appreciated. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you need, the location is excellent, not in the city center but very quiet and perfect for touring Slovenia. Getting to the center is still very easy and fast. Free parking in front of the house is great. Ivy is a super helpful host, she gave us lots of tips for getting around, restaurants and things to visit.

Nothing to complain about here. Excellent hosts who provide heaps of info and are very good bommunicaters. Property was well stocked, felt very secure and only 15 minutes walk into the Old town. Sure its not big its not flashy but very clean and functional and having a decent courtyard to dine in was great. Thanks guys

Excellent place to stay in old town! It has great amenities as well and seemed baby friendly. Ziga was friendly and helpful. It was fun to have restaurants right outside our door and the river just a street away. Parking was a bit of a pain and I think it’s better to not have a car in Ljubljana. We stayed at the one on congress square and paid around 54 euros for two nights (arriving later in the day and left early the morning of check out). We were happy with our choice of accommodation!

Great place to stay when visiting Ljubljana. Maja was helpful and always responded to questions in a short amount of time. It is 7 mins walk to the city center and like 3 mins to the bus station. Close a lot of restaurants and main places.

A very modern and clean apartment, with a really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The flat did get quite hot to sleep in despite opening windows/using the fan. Otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay, and Branko was a welcoming host.

We decided to visit Ljubljana at the last minute. Finding Milena’s place available was a treat. It is a very nice home in a fantastic location. Milena is a great communicator and host.

Jan is such a responsive and generous host. this amazing apartment had every possible amenity and then some. he has thought of everything and even provided fridge drinks and outlet plug adapters for out of country guests. this location might be one of the best we have had in all of or travels. beautifully updated apartment as well.

Miha’s place was perfect for our family of 4 traveling in Slovenia. It was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the river and restaurants, etc. thanks for a great stay!

Anes’s apartment was a great base for our time in Ljubljana. The apartment was clean, comfortable and really well equipped with everything we needed. Anes was a great host and was very helpful, responsive and flexible with our check in time and departure. The location of the apartment was great as well, about 15 mins walk from the centre.
