The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. We are renting out our beautiful holiday house in the quiet neighborhood of Siófok Szabadifürdő, only a few minutes walk away from the cetre of Szabadifürdő, from lake Balaton and Galerius Spa. A house was recently refurbished and can cater for a maximum of 5 people. Our guests can enjoy the entire house and garden, we will not be in your hair unless you need us. In 2021 there might be some construction happening on our neighbour's land, and some noice is expected. Vaccinated guests only.

Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.
