it was so nice and cozy house. me and friends had a good trip and house was clean and cozy so we were so comfortable.

We had a wonderful holiday My husband and I rode bikes. My son fishes non-stop on the house's own jetty. So there was something for everyone. The tranquility and the species-rich flora and fauna were unique. We might even get to watch a turtle lay eggs. All around just great days. 😃

The house and the associated property is just great! We enjoyed our time and used the amenities such as pool, large terrace with outdoor kitchen and beautiful garden. Whether with family and dog, or as a group of up to nine people, the property does justice to everyone! The view and proximity of Lake Balaton are of course also great. Also, there are lots of small local shops, all not far away. Partly within walking distance. Judit is always friendly, accommodating and attentive. We can recommend you and the house without reservation!

Viki's place is in a great location, very close to the free beach, comfortable beds, the air conditioning could probably cool better, but I can't write anything negative other than that. The place is lavish!

We had a nice stay in Sándor's apartment. The way up there is a little bit adventurous by car, but completely manageable (as long as you don't have a trailer like us :D) Sándor was really helpful, responded always quickly. The garden and the way to get into the apartment is for toddlers a bit precarious, but fine anyway. The apartment is nice and the view is amazing. You have a lot to do in this area is short driving distance.

Accommodation on the lower floor has direct access to the terrace and to the parking lot. There is a beach with several restaurants just beyond the less frequented road. Balaton was quite warm, sometimes calm, sometimes stormy, almost like the sea :) I was there with my wife and two small children, it was private and relaxing. We took some nice car trips and otherwise played on the beach playground, swam or paddle boarded. We were there for 7 days. Next year we would like to stay longer. Tamas was helpful, quick to communicate and nothing was a problem.

Lovely house with a perfect size of pool and garden. The location is very ideal being close to the lake. Great stay I’d definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful apartment directly at the lake. Everything was as described. Fourth floor is a bit cumbersome, but the view of the lake is great. Tip: the coffee maker is Tchobo Cafissimo. The tabs do not exist at the Lidl and also at the spar around the corner they do not give them. The washing machine in the apartment is great.

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

Honestly? You probably can't have it better with other accommodations and landlords. At most equivalent, but that would be very difficult for them to achieve. Mariann has actually set her quality incredibly high in everything. I wish I could stay everywhere so well.

The apartment is a brand newfy property with a garden on a gyonyoru run-driven pool parking lot. Your neighbors are nice and quiet. Spar, utensils, bike mooring shop on your neighbor's street, Lake Balatonpart with a rogton free beach in front of the parking lot is sandy, secely-, megaklessly with tisszta water. Siofok has a lot of interest, allatkerttol, on the water tower, to the oriental wheels. There was also a video park on the railroad station. It was very close to us with my little girl and my husband. There were also 2 jatessors in the parking lot, plus a third in the kozel. Ferenc was kind and flexible at our hand and when we left. I can only imagine!

Clean, tidy environment and apartment, equipped with everything you need for everyday life. I can only recommend it!

The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there very much. We easily parked 3 cars (be aware that the streets are narrow and the hills steep). The pool was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old girls with room for a few adults to join them, and the terrace was a great place for our whole group to eat and hang out. There are 3 nice bedrooms upstairs with skylights that caught the breeze off the lake. Even in a hot July it was comfortable to sleep without air conditioning. The layout worked well for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The 4th bedroom downstairs would have slept two more. We easily fit 9 around the tables for meals, the kitchen was well equipped (though lacking a kettle), and the living room was comfortable. There were board games and toys for the kids. It was nice to have a bathroom and toilet on each level. And the view was spectacular. You can tell the house is well loved. Grocery store and beach 5 minute drive and 2 great wineries in walking distance.

Great stay in a lovely house right on the shores of the lake. We were right next to the public lake access which gave us great restaurants at our doorstep (but was not too noisy or disturbing!). House was spotless and air conditioning worked well. Would recommend for any group looking for a nice holiday!

Great apartment! Everything was really clean and you find everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Great amenities if you travel with small children, like we did. The beach (only a 1-minute walk away) is great. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Check-in was easy and efficient. Definitely recommendable!

Nice clean apartment with a beautiful view, it was a pleasure to spend 3 days there.

Stephen is a very attentive and flexible host. She responds to all messages quickly, helpful, and proactive. We stayed in the apartment with our two children and everything was available to us for a comfortable and tranquil holiday. The accommodation is 1 minute from the beach, which gives us a lot of freedom, and we were especially grateful for the parking space:) We look forward to coming back and recommend this stay to everyone!

What's to love? * Super-stylish, modern decor in an large comfortable open-plan penthouse apartment with long balcony * Amazing views over the edge of Lake Balaton (with a couple of baby deer that occasionally appear) * Quick walking access to a private jetty where you can swim in the lake * Fabulous hosts who are so helpful and make everything easy - and who in particular helped us fix up a memorable morning sailing on the lake (thank you!) * Brilliantly equipped with everything you'll need, including the coolest fresh coffee machine we've ever used * Great location, near some key Balaton places, including Tihany (and Aniko and Attila has some great recommendations for places to eat). What's not to love? * Nothing! Stay here, and stay as long as you can. You'll relax instantly and have a wonderful time.

We went to Natalia’s place for our summer vacation with our two small kids. We were looking for something peaceful and safe where we can be fairly near the water but not too close! That’s exactly what we got! A beautiful view at the lake, almost no traffic, a cozy and well equipped house and a perfect garden for our kids to play in. Natalia was very helpful and welcoming! She showed us everything around the house so our whole stay went smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time, i can recommend it to anyone with similar expectations!

The house was wonderful and made the stay at lake Balaton great. I would suggest having some sort of transportation if you book this listing as it is far from many restaurants and groceries. It was a great place for our family.
