Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sintra

We had a wonderful experience at Maty's Place! From the beginning, we were greeted with great sympathy and attention. The house is extremely cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What impressed us most was the extra accessibility, everything was designed to facilitate access and ensure convenience, which made all the difference. We truly feel at home. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet, well-organized place with helpful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Lovely holiday house. Didi was our point of contact and she was very friendly and helpful. There were 7 of us, all adults and the house was ideal for us.

Good accommodation if you want to be a little more on your own with friends and family. The biggest disadvantage was probably the roosters at the neighbor's who did not like the same peace and quiet as we did.

The place is indeed very well equipped and has lovely facilities. We didn’t use the pool, because it was too cold in April, but I am sure it is great in summer. Location is walkable distance to the beach, and we used an uber to get to the town. It is a lovely house and thank you to Vladimir for being so accommodating (I made a mistake in the booking when providing in the amount of guests, which he kindly disregarded). Vladimir also kindly provided us with a cot and a high chair for our toddler.

I went with my whole family including my elderly parents and my children. We met Vasco at the door and he was very kind and helpful. We had a few issues with a taxi driver whom tried to rip us off and over charge us enroute to our accommodation. Luckily Vasco was there when we arrived at the place and he spoke to them and helped us out! Vasco always replied back when we needed advise or help. The place was beautiful it was very specious and the view of the sea was absolutely breathtaking from the living room. We would all eat at the table and admire the beautiful view it was so peaceful. The neighborhood was also full of friendly people. The children loved it too! Highly recommended!

I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was the perfect base for our family vacation in Lisbon. Our kids had so much fun running around in the two beautiful gardens, while my husband and I appreciated the bright, quiet home office to get a bit of work done. Mornings began with coffee under the trees, and evenings ended with peaceful sunset strolls by the river, just a minute’s walk away. The neighborhood is calm and serene, which felt like a hidden gem in Lisbon, yet we were still close to everything we needed. Miu was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay — she made sure we felt comfortable and truly cared for. We’re so grateful for her thoughtful hospitality. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back!

The villa was bigger than expected and situated in a great location. 5 of us stayed for a golf holiday and the villa was in a great location for nearby courses (we played Estoril and Quinta da Marinha but Oitavos Dunes is close too). 35 minutes from Lisbon airport too. The villa was gorgeous in a beautiful location. There is a shop and a couple of coffee shops nearby and people are really friendly. The cookies at the mercearia d’aldeia shop are amazing! Prices are low too. Cascais centre is nearby too and well worth a visit! Gorgeous beaches, bars and great restaurants there. We had a great time and the villa was perfect for our stay. It would also be great for families given the location, layout and size of the villa. Thank you for having us!

Great central location near Sintra and Cascais

We were a group of 23 people and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The beds and sofa are insanely comfortable; the house never felt crowded, despite there being 23 of us there; the BBQ + pool ties the whole house together. 10/10 would strongly recommend choosing this as your destination for your next large group get away! The team were also super responsive to any and all communications, and were very accommodating to our needs.

The villa was amazing - beautiful location, spacious, very clean, modern, well equipped and well kept pool and grounds. We were a group of three couples and all enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and views of the vineyards. The villa exceeded our expectations and we'd love to return in the future. Lina provided a very warm welcome and was helpful in answering any queries we had before our stay. Thank you very much, Lina!

Just back from an amazing few days staying in the luxury villa. Tiago was a great host, with clear instructions of how to get in and all the information we needed to enjoy the villa. The villa is amazing, in a beautiful neighbourhood that feels safe and quiet, and the pool, hot tub and basement bar make for a really awesome trip for hens/ stags or group holidays. Don't let it being outside of the centre of Lisbon put you off, Ubers are cheap and readily available, and the location is perfect. We would also recommend taking up the offer of the private chef, he was super friendly and made us delicious food on our first night when we'd had a long day of travelling. Although there is plenty of space for everyone (we were a party of 13), it is very communal with this many people, so if you want your own space and bathroom, you probably wouldn't want to fill the villa to capacity. Overall a fantastic trip, highly recommend.

Welcoming little cottage that was super clean and organized. We loved the garden., jacuzzi and peaceful stay. Dora is a lovely host and we had a wonderful time with our 3 year old son who loved the cottage and garden space which is all impeccably maintained. Obrigada!

The whole stay was incredibly sensational!! Compliments and gratitude only. Unfortunately, we arrived a little later than expected, due to a delay in the trip, but even so we were able to enjoy the night A LOT, and the morning especially.. we loved the Jacuzzi, and having nature around at that time was really amazing! We'll come back again and again, for sure. It's a beautiful romantic getaway, to get out of the routine, and also a beautiful program to do with friends and family. It's really worth it, it was sensational! 🥰

The night on the farm was a unique experience. The lodge is super nice in nature and is equipped with everything you need. You can eat very nicely on the idyllic terrace. There are excellent opportunities to relax at the pools and jacuzzis. The bird tour in the morning is highly recommended, as well as visiting the other animals of the farm. Unfortunately, we only booked one night but would have liked to have stayed longer.

Very quiet location and super nice accommodation. Everything as described in the listing and seen in the photos. Dora was very friendly and responded super fast. The only downside we found was the many security cameras. Security is definitely needed but wherever we were outside, we were in the camera view. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and would come back!
