It’s in a typical Amsterdam building so reaching the apartment only by stairs. The apartment is completely private and centered on a comfortably living room with ample seating and a TV. The compact kitchen is great for cooking all sorts of meals, and the bed is elevated can be reached by some stairs (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

Wonderfully all luxury built studio-apartment situated in an Amsterdam monument dated from 1540, that was rebuilt in 1675. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. This modern furnished studio room has a nice area to sit, a sleeping area and a kitchenette (no stove). All with original 17e century beams. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
