Excellent stay! Highly recommend!

This place was even better than expected! Very modern/updated room with king bed and full kitchen/bath. The kitchen was stocked with essential cooking materials and everything was so clean and organized. The grounds were amazing. Right on a large sandy beach with many chairs and umbrellas readily available for the day. As many fresh towels as you’d like. The pool was right around the corner with two large hot tubs which were nice when we got caught out in a passing rain shower. There were grills available for use and a nice fire pit. Easy free parking on site. Quick walk to multiple restaurants and even a little market across the street for essentials. The only draw backs were the time share fee which you just need to be aware of and the fact that this unit is not ocean view, but otherwise a wonderful spot for an island getaway.

Sint Maarten is definitely one of my favorite islands and this property was amazing! Great views and close proximity to family and friends and local restaurants and the VIEW just WOW!!! Vera was an amazing host and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!!

Namitha was a pleasure to work with. Everything was set up when we arrived and the unit as well as the resort was wonderful as described.

The property is in building A in Dawn Beach Resort- the best building! Though the building is not a pleasant sight, the inside unit is absolute luxury and gorgeous- better than pictures! They assigned us the third and the view was stunning. The first floor has the perk of walking in via the grassy area by the sea. The water is super close, but you have to walk to the resort to the sandy beach area. From A it's no more than a few minutes walk and exactly what you'd expect to walk from any hotel to their beach. Access to the hotel gym, beach towels/chairs restaurants was great. The daily towel change impressed us. The property has more amenities than expected (hotel type selfcare amenities, so much kitchen equipment/tools!). Rent a car as you won't want to spend the entire stay at the Marriott beach. It's rocky going in though the colour is gorgeous in the sun. The surrounding beaches are worth a trip Also, Gael was super responsive and honest, which made us feel sure of our decision!

Walking distance from grocery store and down town Marigot. Nice hot shower and good air conditioner. Free use of beach chair and umbrella which saved me some money not having to rent them at the beach. Parking space was provided. Was able to easily find the place because of comunication prior to my arival.

Great location and amenities, best value on island.

With JW Marriott fully operational, it was a delight! The cuisine was outstanding. The Lamb lollipops and Chilean Sea Bass rival any restaurant in Grand Case. The service was responsive and so friendly. They all went out of their way to help with any request! A shout-out to Pan and Richard!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel de luxe. La suite est très spacieuse et le mobilier de grande qualité. La piscine est grande et l'eau toujours a la bonne température. Bonne communication avec William. Je recommande.

Très bel endroit, calme et très propre. Bien situé (en dehors du brouhaha et à 5 min à pied de l’une des plus belles plages de saint Martin) Communication rapide et fluide avec nos hôtes dès notre arrivée Magnifique vue tout en haut de la résidence où se trouve un deck pour faire son yoga si on le souhaite Pour ceux qui sont véhiculés les supermarchés sont à 5 min en voiture On a passé un très bon séjour! Enjoyed our stay. The location is a little tricky to get to the first time and the roads are quite steep but paved. We rented chairs at the beach resort nearby. The beach is small, so I would suggest doing that. Surprisingly, no bugs at the place. There is a Japanese, Italian, and tapas restaurant in the marina area. Recommend going to grand case for some meals.
