Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Simpson Bay

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. We recommend this place without a second thought, and for sure, we'll be happy to come back!

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

The place was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Walkable distance to popular places like D’s bar, sunset bar and maho beach. Lateefah was very communicative and an amazing host. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. The place looked just the photos! It was a beautiful stay and the space looks larger in person compared to the photos. My husband and I stayed 8 days in the unit. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed, there were extra chargers and cables around the house which was helpful since we lost our charger at the airport. Beach chairs, towel, and umbrellas were all provided. A rental car place was within walking distance. They provided excellent recommendations for food and activities for places all around the island. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

It was a pleasure staying At this Residence. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and a half was very convenient. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. The veiw was great of the harbor and the mountains. We were walking distance from so many restaurants, bars, shops. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. The host were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.
