Fantastic place and location!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

Some of the nicest and most accommodating Airbnb hosts I have come across, could not recommend them more, and I will stay here again next time I’m in Saint Martin. The apartment was comfortable and clean, close to several beaches and also very peaceful. Thanks for a great stay.

The Hideaway was the perfect accommodation for a solo traveler - convenient location in proximity to the St Martin "strip", walking distance to beautiful beaches and the local supermarket; a modern apartment unit with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Chris and Renee were amazing and kept in contact throughout my stay, even going out of their way to bring me extra tp! The property is regularly patrolled by security so I felt completley safe relaxing on the pool patio any time. 10/10 would highly recommend and would stay again if given the opportunity.

If you’re visiting the Island you need to stay here! The Hills exceeded my expectations! From the easy check in to the beautiful room and the amenities! The pictures capture the view but it’s more beautiful in person. The location is close to many shops, restaurants, and night life. The employees were awesome and very responsive to my messages. They also helped us book excursions. Can’t wait to go back!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Nouveau un Paradis sur la plage — 5 stars! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The beachfront deck absolutely steals the show — it made it nearly impossible to start our day because we were too busy soaking in the view and the peace of the moment. Marie, our host, was fantastic. Thoughtful, responsive, and had everything laid out in a guest book, from must-see spots to local tips. The condo was tastefully decorated and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. it was equipped with all the essentials — and even extras for the beach, which was a really nice touch. You’ll definitely want a car if you're planning to explore, but there’s great food and a convenient little grocery store just a short walk away. Truly a slice of paradise. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Loved the place close to beach and rides don’t cost that much to everything . Very responsive and helpful .price was right as well

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Stay here, you won't regret it. Thank you Coralie for allowing us to stay in your home.

We stayed at Gigi’s for a week and had a lovely time! They were very responsive and helpful. The hill looks a little steeper than in photos but is still doable. The space was perfect for the two of us, and it’s in a great location!

Lionel’s place was amazing! It far exceeded our expectations and it’s a beautiful location! We loved have his dog around and she was so well behaved. We never heard or saw Lionel or his family which made it seem extremely private and secluded. Can’t recommend it enough!
