Host was great and very accommodating. Location is ideal for me to the beach and places to eat.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Saint Martin was excellent and the area we stayed was perfect, being a little away from the busy touristy spots but close enough for us to easily get to. We loved Mullet beach which was a short half mile walk and there were many great restaurants and bars close by so we didn't even bother renting a car and just used buses and taxis to go further. The Condo was spacious, clean, and had great views. Anna, our host was fantastic and quickly responded to our handful of questions we highly recommend this stay to other travelers and we look forward to returning next year!

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

Really appreciated the clear instructions given by Elizabeth it made everything stress free. The appartement was exactly as description and photos. Lots of good restaurants in the area too

Isa and Diana were wonderful to work with. Isa provided a 5Star experience as the manager of the property. She was always responsive and even helpful when we asked for an umbrella for a beach day! It was delivered within 30 min! Definitely recommend this rental! The condo had all amenities that we needed and more. The espresso machine is a plus too!

Let me just say staying at this penthouse is a DREAM!!!! I came with 4 girls to celebrate my 30th birthday/bachelorette weekend! I was in awe when I opened the doors of the penthouse. The views are amazing and the penthouse elevator leading to the private rooftop infinity pool is just the icing on the cake. Future brides, I recommend getting this place for your special trip. Once I walked in, all the stress from wedding planning went right away. Jamila is also amazing and sweet! Everything was clean and every house supply you can think of is in stock. I’m already planning my trip back!

Extremely convenient location for visiting a student at AUC medical school. Security 24 hours a day is a nice amenity, especially when the security staff is as professional, friendly and helpful as the staff at Rainbow Beach Club. Appreciated Mike and Rosalyn being able to accommodate us last minute!

We spent an amazing ten days at the Turqouise Orient Beachfront studio. Beautiful view of the sea , great amenities, walk in distance to the restaurants from the beach or just a short drive. We enjoyed the privacy & tranquility of the place. We went to bed and woke up to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore, simply amazing!!! Our hostess Chantal & Christian they were both amazing!!! Eager to help and get us familiar with the surroundings! They have written instructions of what to do while visiting and came very handy. They make gracious hosts. They want you to feel welcome & comfortable The studio is a short 13 min drive to Marigot where you can get the boat to visit Anguilla and St. Barths. They are really worth visiting, we really enjoyed the trips. We’ll definitely come back !

Mike sent very detailed instructions that were very helpful for checking in. Very unique place in that you get a vacation club resort property through Airbnb for a great rate. I would definitely look to stay again in the future

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

This was our second time staying at this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful time. As expected, the unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything our family could possibly need. The pool and hot tub are fabulous bonuses, and enjoying breakfast on the patio quickly became a daily highlight for all of us. Having a grocery store and multiple restaurants right on the property is incredibly convenient, and the location is perfect—especially if you’re planning to spend time at Mullet Bay Beach. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

We had an amazing stay! The home is very beautiful and had more than enough space for the 9 of us. Luc and Danielle were amazing and very quickly responsive to all texts. We also appreciated Luc’s step by step directions and restaurant recommendations. You will need a rental car.

This house was the perfect size to share with the grandparents. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and quiet. This was our second time renting a home with Magali and would 100% rent with them again.

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

This is a very nice and spacious home with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous with great amenities too. The only issue we had was locating the property when we arrived. Use “ The Cliff” for the address in WAZE , Google maps, etc. Not the Rhine Road address. You’ll never find it. lol. Great location but I recommend renting a car for convenience to the beach, bars , restaurants, grocery stores, etc just a short drive away. Great vacation! If available, we’d rent this home again when visiting SXM.
