The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We spent 4 days in Carla's quiet oasis. After turbulent days in touristy areas, their accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings impress above all with fantastic beaches, those looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (greatly equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh hand-picked berries and homemade cakes.

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. It was that place where you could let go all of your thoughts and just relax. Felt like a apartment where I could live in. It was well equipted from furniturers to beach gadgets. Nice garden and it was close to a smal hidden beach. We were satisfyed and can recommend to everyone.

A quiet place located near a wonderful beach, with beautiful clear water. The house is very clean with a well-maintained garden. Great for families with children. Recommended

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Small but cozy place, in particular we took advantage of the balcony for breakfasts and dinners. It is close to two supermarkets and the beach bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Gianluca was a very helpful host, he allowed us to check in early and when we had a problem with the hairdryer he immediately provided us with a new one.

Cinzia's place was exactly as we wanted, clean, well-stocked with all the comforts indicated in the description, in a very central area and with nearby car parking, a place to return!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich. The accommodation is very quietly located in the mountains and the host was very warm and helpful. Thank you, Luca for the pleasant time! :-)

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony area with views of the mountains. Just off the main busy area but very quiet. Beach 15 min walk away. Would recommend

We chose the apartment because of the description and the photos, our expectations were fully met. Luca and Taty welcomed us very kindly, even a small gift was prepared, a few drinks already in the fridge. long drive, I was looking forward to the cool beer and the sea view. You immediately feel at home. Towels were prepared, there are also sun loungers right on the water (so 3 meters in front). The location is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and a few birds. Wifi works well. A CAR is highly recommended for the location! Restaurants and supermarket are a few km away. Also, you should be good on foot, to the apartment (first row sea) you have to go down a few meters and the steps at some point also up again ;-) Luca was so nice and helped my wife with the suitcase right away upon arrival. Very attentive.

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The veranda in particular is so lovely for sitting outside with food and drinks. Paolo was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entry. Highly recommend :)
