Monthly Rentals in Simeto

I stayed at Francesca's place for a week. The house is in a perfect location, very close to lidl, supermarkets and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Catania (for the type of trip I had in mind it was a perfect house) plus it is slightly raised on a hill, and on the warm days of August we had the pleasure of breathing some fresh air! 15 minutes from the house are also beautiful sea areas (such as "the caves of Ulysses"). Francesca is very helpful and open to dialogue! Overall a positive experience!!

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

We had a very nice week's vacation in Diego's residence. Beautiful surroundings, very nice accommodation, very well maintained, lovely terrace to have breakfast or sit in the evening. Diego is very hospitable, ready with tips and is very proactive. Highly recommended if you want to explore the west side of Sicily!

The apartment was amazing, set in stunning surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. Gaetano was a great host, very responsive and helpful and always available for us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at a beautiful home in amazing surroundings. Incredible views of Mt Etna!
