Composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, and a laundry room. Wonderful view of the coast and also the mountains. A beautiful garden is for exclusive use like every area and also includes a swimming pool, relaxation area and children's games. We are a 5-minute drive from Silvi Marina, 10 minutes from the A14 highway and 20 minutes from Pescara.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
