Family-friendly vacation rentals in Silvi

The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

We loved it. Paola and Signora Anna are marvelous hosts. We will come back and stay longer.

Surrounded by greenery, the house is very nice and quiet,Dante and Annalisa are very helpful people, I will definitely be back,highly recommended as a strategic point to reach Pescara and neighboring areas.

Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

The apartment at Villa Chiara exceeded our expectations. The enchanting garden and the view of the sea was simply beautiful and relaxing.

Small apartment with great views of the most beautiful sunrises on a lovely terrace. Worked fine as a base. Kitchen a little small - but thankfully super good opportunities for great food at a reasonable price within driving distance. Alberto is a great host and gave us great recommendations for excursions and dining. Not least the small market on Fridays a short distance from the house. Here our morning also started every day with wonderful coffee at the small coffee place. Some were shut down for the season though the weather was still great. However, this did not make our 9 night stay any less amazing. Thank you so much Alberto for all your information and flexibility with check in. We had a great holiday and hope to come again.

Marco and his family are kind and helpful. We had a really good time. The apartment has every comfort, we didn't miss anything. Having arrived at lunchtime despite their restaurant being closed, they were very kind to prepare us a plate of pasta, which we really appreciated, especially our daughter. We can only thank them again and above all highly recommend their structure.

Mauro is a responsive host in communication, friendly and available. The apartment is large, spacious, bright, clean. It is also equipped with a TV for each room, equipped kitchen and very large and spacious bathroom. The apartment is in the heart of Teramo, so it is very convenient to visit the city on foot. Of course, like many Italian historic centers, it is not very easy to get around by car, but Mauro offers a car space in his garage (great comfort!) and there are also areas where you can park less than 300 meters from the apartment. It also has a very high quality/price ratio and we feel like one of the best solutions to visit Teramo and its surroundings, a weekend or even for longer stays!

From the moment we arrived Mamma greeted us with love and a warming feeling of family. Alfonso was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of everything. You must go to the family restaurant near your stay. Unbelievable food and service. We are already making plans to return. Best place to stay in Teramo period. My wife and I were Extremely Satisfied 10 Stars no doubt. Thank you Alfonso and Mamma for a wonderful experience can’t wait to see you again.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay in a fairly rural area, but we'll developed. The pool at the property is excellently maintained. The roads to the property are steep, but the climb is rewarded with a view of the mountains in the distance. The apartment was very clean and the bed was good. The only thing that I missed were some more cooking utensils. There was a coffee maker and a pot.

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!
