Townhome vacation rentals in Silverthorne

One of the best vacations ever! The place was impecable, very nearby to Main Street. The best attraction for us was the hot tub with the greatest snowed mountains. Me and my family enjoyed being in the tub when it was snowing and looking at the mountains, it was magical! We had constant communication with Regina, truly responsive, fast and effective. We had minor inconveniences that she took care of immediately. Without any doubt I recommend this house for your vacations! We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay! Clean, matched the listing description, very enjoyable! My family was able to relax in this home. Robert was very quick to respond leading up to and during our stay. I would highly recommend Robert and his property.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo! The condo was just as described. Very cozy with wonderful views of the mountain. We loved the ease of walking to the slopes and to downtown. We hope to come back someday!

The Blue Sky Chalet is awesome. Wonderful warm surrounding and really well appointed. The chalet had everything we needed for our group. All the bathrooms and the kitchen were well supplied and all the appliances are in top condition and worked great. The TV/Music setup is top notch and the internet connection was solid and fast. The bus to Vail Village was super easy and convenient. We really loved staying here. It was so easy and comfortable, as well as beautiful in the falling snow. Thanks for sharing the place with us.

Great place with easy access to the slopes!

My husband & I spent part of our anniversary week here to just simply RELAX…. Beautiful remodeled unit with contemporary decor, comfortable furniture and beds, perfect kitchen space and dishes/utensils, and a relaxing private hot tub! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be back!

Theresa's place met our needs. The only thing I think we had a problem with. The sleeper sofas were uncomfortable to me, but the rest of the gang did not have a problem.

Jimmy was the best host for my family and I. The location was beautiful and perfectly central to what we needed .

We used the residence to go skiing in March. It was a lovely, comfotable home that was well stocked. We were provided with many amenities like those found in a luxury hotel. The house gave off that mountain home vibe which was appropriate for our visit. Cari was response to all of our request for information. We would definitely use any homes managed by Summit Mountain Properties.

The townhome was very spacious and clean. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and breweries nearby. Cami was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our only feedback is that the bed in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable and should be updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent townhome. Every detail is thought out. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. The bathrooms have plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of little details made our stay very comfortable. Bill always responded quickly to questions and check-in/check-out was very easy.

Vince’s home was fantastic! The views were incredible and the house was in pristine condition. Our group fit very comfortably in the home and the location was close to any stores/amenities and just a quick drive to several ski resorts. Communication with Vince was also great. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nelson’s place. We came as a family of 8 and the size was perfect! The kids loved the games and the adults loved the thoughtful set up of all the right cooking essentials, plus every possible amenity and a walkable location! The townhome felt like a home away from home - we skied a ton and loved being able to park in the garage and relax together each evening. 5-stars!! Highly recommended for families, couples and anyone wanting a luxury get-away experience with top notch hosts!!

We fully enjoyed our stay here! We had 9 in our group, used every bedroom, bathroom and the loft. The beds were very comfortable. Note the loft is subject to the noise of the living room and kitchen. Bring a noisemaker if you are using it (we did, it worked well!) The entire house is well-stocked from bathrooms, to kitchen cabinets (spices, powders, you name it), to extra borrowed-goodies at the garage entrance if you forgot a hat, gloves, etc. They got you. And plenty of parking, could fit 4 cars if you had to (leaving room for adjacent resident to get out). Everyone enjoyed the hot tub at some point, lots of Insta photos for the kids. The fireplace emits heat. Huge dining room table that we used for family games. While I would have very minor recommendations, I can't think of one criticism and would absolutely book here again.

Great location for families wanting to visit Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. Large yard for kids to play in and super kid friendly amenities (toys, games, etc.). Recommend without hesitation for families with kids!

Great place. Everything was as described. The host was responsive, and even was conscientious enough to notify us when they learned internet in the area had gone out. Highly recommend the space, and a good long soak in their nice new hot tub with the view of the mountains.

Great house. We have stayed at a few houses in this neighborhood over the years, and this is our favorite. Well-appointed, clean and comfortable . Location is great for us - close to Beaver Creek and close enough to Vail. On a golf fairway with hiking trails nearby. Kids enjoyed the game room. This house ticked all the boxes, and we'll hopefully be back.

This place was fantastic for our reunion of friends. Plenty of space and privacy with the bedrooms spaced out, and each with its own bathroom. The common space center of the home is spacious and comfy, great place to hang out together. Well equipped kitchen. Place is close to town, very short drive, plus shuttle available as needed. Host very helpful, friendly, responsive. All great!

I can't imagine finding a better place to stay for our group of 10 which was skiing Keystone and Breck. The house configuration of beds and baths was perfect for multiple family units. Views are amazing! the kitchen was very well stocked allowing us to save money eating in. Overall a great find and nice value. Jesse was incredibly prompt and personable through the app. Will look here first for future trips to the area.

Really enjoyed our weekend at this condo. The layout was great for our group of 6 and parking was ultra convenient for loading and unloading ski gear. Location could not be better just a few blocks off main street. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Jennifer was everything a host should be and more. Her place was immaculate and as advertised. Very close to the slopes just a couple hundred feet to the keystone shuttle which was very easy to navigate
