Definitely recommend this A-frame for a little getaway! The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful - exactly what we needed to disconnect and relax for the weekend. We spent most of our time just soaking in the views, but also loved that it was close enough to Breckenridge to spend our final day exploring the town. A great balance of seclusion and convenience!

The place was super clean, perfect sized for a family, and the amenities were fantastic.

Amazing house and location! The house description is accurate, would highly recommend to rent and we will definitely want to stay again. Close to downtown Breck and lots of outdoor activities. Bonus - we saw multiple moose in the area during our stay.

Anna was an amazing host. The home was exactly what we were looking for and more. The property is a hidden gem in the mountains, with no real need to leave because it came with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend. The views were immaculate and there were plenty of stars to gaze at after the sun went down. Anna was communicative before and during our stay and provided us with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We’d recommend her to any guest looking for a peaceful weekend away.

We had a lovely stay! Amy was very helpful when we reached out with questions. The cabin was clean and so welcoming! The area is not isolated but still super private and beautiful, full of trees and nature! Absolutely loved it and we are hoping to come back again!

Booked this for a girls trip and absolutely loved it. The home has mountain views from every room. The home is clearly crafted with love, it is very old but everything is updated and the space is used well. Host was clear there was only one bathroom but that was not an issue for us. The spot is quiet, we enjoyed the hot tub and watching the stars at night. I would come back in a heartbeat

The cabin was perfect for my birthday weekend. It was so cozy and clean! We used the hot tub the whole weekend, which was bigger than I thought and fit 5 of us easily. There was plenty of space for everyone and we had no problems whatsoever. Very convenient distance from downtown Breck, so we had a nice balance of being in town and being cozied up at the cabin. Would recommend to anyone!

Loved our stay at Michelle's cabin! the hottub and sauna were perfect and the property is really secluded and quiet with so much privacy! Also stocked with games and had homemade cookies on arrival. 10/10

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Comfortable beds and nice amenities. 20 minutes up hill from quaint town of Idaho Springs. We enjoys watch a large moose right outside the cabin one early evening.

Blown away by this cabin. I definitely recommend this as your next getaway. Romantic vibes, but not in some over the top way, you'd still have just as much fun with children probably! There was no detail spared. The host has anticipated your needs and beyond. The views are breathtaking, the wildlife is fun, and the hot tub under the stars is magical! 10/10 will recommend to others!

If you’re like us, staring at multiple mountain cabins looking for the right one, just do yourself a favor and book this place. It’s beautiful, peaceful, has wonderful amenities and is absolutely worth it.

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Beautiful cabin, Mikala and Jeremy were great always answered any questions quickly. Cabin feels private but only a short drive to town.

Words can’t describe how special our stay was in this cabin. I was excited because the photos in the listing made the place look incredible, and the photos don’t even do it justice. The furniture is so comfortable and each room is well decorated. Each space was fun to hang out in. The views are beautiful. We vow to return.

The location is beautiful. We were looking for great views and peace and quiet — and that’s exactly what we got. The interior was clean and well-organized. The balcony offered amazing views, and we enjoyed watching active hummingbirds throughout our stay. Although the owners live next door, the way the property is set up, you don’t see or hear them at all — it feels very private. There are lots of interesting antique items around the outside of the property as you pull in, which adds a unique charm. Overall, a great stay!

Bill is an incredible host who has thought of everything - from beautiful decor to thoughtful amenities, the lodge was fully stocked and immaculate. You can feel the love and care he's invested in this property through every detail. Bill's hospitality was exceptional and responsive. This was hands down our best Airbnb experience ever! We had such an amazing time celebrating our anniversary that we're already planning our return trip. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Jefferson, CO, look no further. We have now stayed at the Jewel Box a number of times now, it’s our go to place for ski trips to Summit County, CO. It’s just such a warm and comfortable place for our family that we couldn't think of staying somewhere else. Possibly the only thing better than the house itself is Chanie, the host. She clearly takes great pride in caring for the house, but also in being a great host. She’s always so responsive to our questions or any issues that arise during our stay, and very friendly and concerned about our enjoyment of the trip. Honestly, they don’t make any better host than Chanie!

The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the fireplace! The cabin is private, but within an easy drive to the town center. It was a great stay!

This house had a great floor plan, room to spread out, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here!

Garrett provided answers and information every time I reached out, before and during our stay. He was genuine and extremely helpful with questions and situations that came up. This a frame cabin is a stunner and worth every penny. We spent plenty of time exploring Summit County, as well as roaming the woods around the house. The kids absolutely loved the creek, the animals, the swings, and the outdoors. When a circuit blew, Katie was quick to point out the location and help me solve the issue in just a few minutes. We felt right at home. Great spot!
