Ideal for family vacations, because it is very close from Šilo Central sand beach (130 m walking distance). With large kitchen, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, barbecue equipment. All taxes and fees are included in the price, no any additional costs when you arrive :) . We speak English, German and Italian.

Everything was perfect! The house exceeded all expectations: impeccable cleanliness, furnishings with attention to the smallest details and complete amenities for every need. The location is comfortable and quiet, ideal for relaxing. Special thanks to the owners Daniela and Stefan, who were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. You can clearly see the passion and commitment they have put into the creation of this place: they have been able to build not only a welcoming home, but a real living experience. Congratulations! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

The house is in a quiet street , beautiful sea view from the terrace. All windows had mosquito nets. (There were a lot of mosquitoes.) Only the garden wasn't well-maintained and very overgrown. Don't wait for a blanket or kicking a ball with your kids.. Hosts are very helpful and kind.

We spent 1 week at Zlatica's with our 3 children. There was a crib, and we got a high chair. She always had a few good words for us and for the kids. Baked muffins, we got grapes, biscuits on the way home. Brought small mattresses for bathing for kids. She really is an infinitely kind lady! Even though she lives in the house, she's not intrusive, but if we needed anything, skkkr helped! The place is nice, clean, fully equipped. It was everything we needed. Calm neighborhood, not far from the beach, shops, restaurants. Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time! I highly recommend it! :)

Mara welcomed us very warmly, always very available. The accommodation is pleasant, terrace and small garden, a very convenient parking space.

Great location just 10 meters from the sea. Quiet, private. Anton lives next door and is accessible and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Great wifi and showers. Comfy beds. We hope to return to Anton's flat next year.
