Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Dogs up to a shoulder height of 40 cm and short-haired breeds are allowed.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

At sunset overlooking the local mountain, you can recover from the eventful adventures in the Harz Mountains and unwind. We offer the possibility to safely store bicycles, as well as drying facilities for sportswear.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Sie verfügt über eine Größe von 54 qm und eine angrenzende Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal geschnitten und eingerichtet. Im Kellerbereich steht ein kleines Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
