This unique log cabin on its own plot that borders the forest, is newly renovated and modern overlooking the countryside and the lake Alviken. The cottage has three floors of a total of about 65 m2 and is located on the outskirts of the village of Alvik. Within 2 km of the cabin, you'll find a swimming area and a beautiful nature reserve with hiking trails around Alviken, as well as Granberget with ski rental, cross-country ski tracks, and a restaurant. At Granberget's peak, about 10 km there are very nice cross-country tracks. The shop in Siljansnäs is 6 km away. NEW – The cottage now has a sauna

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming dock/floating dock down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the Dala horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene area is in a separate cabin.
