Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, but still in town. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by Lake Varpan with only 2.5 km to Lugnet's ski stadium and 3 km to Falun of Falun. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared.

The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed + a sofa that can be used as a sleeping area (fridge and freezer is in this room). In the living room there are two single beds as well as dining table and a cozy fireplace. TV with cromecast (missing antenna cable). The kitchenette is small but functional. Charming overnight stay near wilderness and E45

The courtyard is from 1909. You live under the rooftops in the old barn. There is a stove, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle. There is always coffee, tea, oil, spices. The bathroom that is new in 2021, is right under the apartment, but you have to go out to reach it. There's also a washing machine. Also the toilet is located there.
