Newly renovated (2018) above garage loft with its own private entrance via a spiral staircase. Large deck w/ outdoor seating, bathroom & small kitchenette w/ microwave/mini fridge/keurig (NO stove/oven). Above garage loft is attached to our main house via a staircase w/ locked door. We are 90min to Yosemite entrance GATE, 135min to Valley Floor *depending on traffic: summer = busier. There's a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub. There's a queen size bed, 6' couch, dining table/chairs and fridge. You can BBQ and use the patio table. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights from comfy seats on the deck.
