[HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!
