We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). The pondside cottage in Poznań is half of a semi-detached house, perfect for intimate family or social gatherings (please note that quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). The house has its own entrance, its own gate, and its own driveway – complete privacy with a view of the pond and the woods. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and a grill, and the other on the second floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek train station, bus stops, and grocery stores are 700 meters (0.43 miles) away. There are two kitchenettes in the house, and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.

In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

Willow Asylum is an elegant, 90-meter apartment in the city center. It offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchenette, and a large balcony. Stylish interiors, finished with attention to detail, ensure a comfortable stay. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Close to the train and bus stations, the MTP trade fair is a 15-minute walk away, the Old Brewery is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Old Market Square is 20 minutes away. Parking in an enclosed area is available.

On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.
