We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

The pondside cottage in Poznań is half of a semi-detached house, perfect for intimate family or social gatherings (please note that quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). The house has its own entrance, its own gate, and its own driveway – complete privacy with a view of the pond and the woods. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and a grill, and the other on the second floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek train station, bus stops, and grocery stores are 700 meters (0.43 miles) away. There are two kitchenettes in the house, and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.

In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The building is designed by an architect, with a large wooden window, fireplace, fan, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the 700 m² garden: terrace, fireplace, hammock, tall trees and birdsong. A bed hidden in the closet, washing machine, table, closets. Bus stop 1 min from home. The perfect combination of city and nature – silence, style and comfort.

Wójtostwo Grange in Pyzdry

The farm is located on the outskirts of the Warta Landscape Park (the land of waterfowl) and the Pyzdrska Forest (the land of "iron houses"). It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: "Wójtostwo" is historical. Until 1904, it belonged to General H. Dąbrowski. The guest house is located in the outbuilding at the manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. The hosts provide full information about the area. Meals are available. Free parking. We accept pets for a fee of 50 PLN per night/pet.
