Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Within walking distance (only 5 minutes): train station, Rupertus spa with swimming pool, spa park, spa facilities, theater and spa guest center Bad Reichenhall. The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chiemgau centrally located in Traunstein. The apartment is only 900 m from the city square and 350 m from the main train station. Lake Chiemsee is 10 km away. The region offers numerous leisure activities. In winter, ski/snowboard in the Alps and in summer, go swimming in the mountain lakes. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in Chiemgau and BGL. The city of Traunstein has many delicious restaurants and breweries.

Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

Our sustainable vacation home "Woid 12," completed in 2023, is located in the climatic health resort of Siegsdorf at an altitude of about 780 m (Chiemgau, Voralpenland) and is characterized by two separate apartments, each 100 square meters. Experience the enjoyment of nature right at your doorstep, where literally “fox and rabbit say good night.” The detached house impresses with its unobstructed view of the forest, meadows and mountains.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
