First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. An incredible house and even more kind, generous and helpful host

Denise’s place was just as described. She is extremely responsive and so kind. She even left doggy treats. If in the area again we would definitely book with her.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

This is year six for staying at Doug’s house. We won’t stay anywhere else. The house is beautiful and immaculate. It has every amenity you need. It has the best price point compared to anything else. We are already planning our stay for next year. Doug is an outstanding host . He cares that you have a great time at his place.

We had a great time just hanging out and catching up with our sisters/mom. Such a cozy environment! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Kennith had good recommendations for restaurants in the area and was very quick to respond whenever I messaged him! I would definitely recommend this home!!

My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

Such an amazing stay especially for the price! The home is gorgeous and the backyard was perfect for the two dogs we brought. The creek access was easy to find and the kitchen was fully equipped for a large dinner we cooked. Very close to all margaretville has to offer while feeling secluded at the same time!

A beautiful home and very convenient for what I needed for the weekend. Will definitely be staying again when I come home to visit.

This is our 3rd stay with Anne&Frank and we are booked again in October. That in itself says a lot. Their place is always pristine and they are very responsive should the need arise. The surroundings are great for just relaxing and enjoying life and venturing out in the surrounding small towns. It is our favorite place to stay in that area and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay. It is very peaceful and quiet, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Very convenient to Cooperstown and the Dreams Park. The apartment itself is very clean. Beds and sheets are comfortable, bathroom is clean with plenty of towels. Fast internet, AppleTV and other streaming options available, and the couch was comfortable. Barbara was a great host and introduced herself when I checked in. She was very responsive when I needed some help but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy the trip. Would highly recommend, especially for a Cooperstown Dreams Park week.

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

This place is all about relaxation and quiet. The two horses B and Lee are both very nice and friendly! We really enjoyed feeding them apples!! Daryl is really great and is around if you’re in need of anything!! Looking forward to a return next summer!!

The apartment was very comfortable. The fresh eggs and other breakfast items were a great surprise. The location was perfect for let us get away from Dreams Park between games. Our daughters had a great time feeding the animals and jumping on the trampoline.
