It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Rispoli, a 19th-century building that was once the residence of the Rispoli family. The building overlooks Corso Sirleto, the main street. Passing through a majestic portal, a vault, one used to access the ground floor rooms, the oil mill, and the warehouses, which today are used as a bar and form the entrance from the Corso. A granite staircase stands out in the small internal courtyard, leading to the apartment located on the second floor.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

My apartment is close to the city center, and the beautiful beach is a 10-minute walk away. Nightlife and family activities within walking distance. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). Recently, there has been a tourist tax per person of €1.00 from November 1 to April 30, and €2.00 from May 1 to October 31, for a maximum of seven nights.
