Napapat's house is very clean and spacioius. Napapat is very kind and thoughtful host, and gave quick replies to all my questions. The house has many useful appliances such as coffee maker and water purifier. I highly recommend Napapat's house for anyone planning to travel around Chiangmai. I would defintely like to come back to this beautiful house if I ever get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

I especially like the common area on the first floor!The lighting and French vintage furniture complement each other perfectly, it's like a photo studio!The kittens were bribed with a cat bar. It was really photogenic. (We stayed in a studio on the first floor and it didn't feel crowded at all. There is a private bathroom ~ Next to it is a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and condiments. The refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also super large. It should be very comfortable for a family to rent an entire house for a long stay ~

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Great place for working

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. Included: Surrounding is the lively area of Hangdong, next door is Highway 108, there is big C Hangdong Market, shopping and dining places such as Ole.There is also live shrimp market not far, you can buy fresh Rochi shrimp as well as torn crabs, very fresh, meat quality (reference: a box of shrimp made + a box of crab totaling 490 baht).Black Forest, an internet-famous restaurant, is 6 km away Entertainment is located at night zoo, the royal park is very close, next to it as if there is an elephant camp.Go to Suthep, Chiangmai University side about 14km, half an hour by car Transportation is recommended, there are few cars around, it is good to drive, and the yard is easy to park, parking is also free in most places in Thailand, shopping mall and supermarket parking lot is convenient.If not driving, try calling grab

Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

Hands down the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date! The design was truly one-of-a-kind, with thoughtful decor that gave the space a warm, homey vibe. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Bonus: there’s a great little restaurant nearby with delicious food. Me and my mom absolutely loved our stay at this house! The host, Paul, was incredibly helpful and showed great hospitality throughout our visit. The house itself is in a fantastic location — within walking distance to the old town, great local restaurants (including a Michelin-star spot Paul recommended), and nearby convenience stores. The home was spotlessly clean, fully furnished, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials, making it super comfortable and convenient. Paul’s local recommendations really made the experience extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The parking space is very narrow for a big car. It's a little cramped. The accommodation is next to a school. It's very loud at night. I would like to add a doormat in some places, such as in front of the bathroom downstairs. But overall, the accommodation is very good. I like it very much. The location is very good. It's very easy to walk. It's close to everything.
