We had a lovely stay at Poppy's place. We particularly enjoyed the pool on these hot late April days and the very good breakfasts.

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

It's really beautiful and exceeded our expectations!It is very big, just a big garden!From the overall layout to the small details of the decoration of the items in the room, the whole European style reveals the owner's dedication to the design of his place and his own unique taste!When I entered the house where we stayed, I was really surprised, there are so many rooms, so many rooms, a house has a huge study, meeting room, dining room, etc., and all of them are exceptionally beautifully renovated, it seems that it cost a lot of money, a lot of decoration in the house are meticulously designed, like art, and they are all very well taken care of, as if I walked into the picture of the movie, the way I was amazed.Without wifi, I sometimes feel like I'm living in a 19th-century European garden. This is a dream home where you can't find such a place in China. The hostess Patty is very welcoming and friendly, she is a smart and competent girl.Her mom is also a very friendly and kind lady who takes care of our breakfasts and provides life help.Thank you so much to them for these few days and let us have an unforgettable and wonderful memory here. Feels like staying in a loft and camping at the same -- spacious room with nice interior touches. There is a tree that gives off a jasmine scent at night. About 30 minutes to walk to the core BUT very easy to order a Grab mototaxi for 50 baht / 7 minutes into town. Glad I stayed here.

This house was a great base for us to explore Nimman and Santitham. Lots of great restaurants to explore in both neighbourhoods. The host lives in the house also but you have your own private on-suite room which is decorated very well, the bed was very comfy and we had a great night sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

The house is very vintage and beautiful. I like it very much. The housekeeper is very friendly. The breakfast is also very delicious. The room is right next to the school gate next to Chiang Mai University. There are many delicious stalls away from Maya. The main entrance of the room is not on the main road. Thank you for meeting me.

Wasu & Nick are super welcoming and make you feel right at home. The area is quiet and peaceful with running water birds chirping to calm the mind. Delicious home-cooked breakfasts to choose from each morning. You can tell they care about you feeling accomodated and happy. Would absolutely stay here again. Central Chiang Mai can feel a bit hectic and stressful with all the traffic so this is a nice contrast to that where you can relax before starting the day. Definitely rent a scooter when living here as the trip to central Chiang Mai is 20-25 minutes and taxis might not be available 24/7.

We booked very last minute (same day) so it is not a big deal but we didn’t hear from Erik at all and we’re not sure how check in would work. It is easy to check in, it is ran similarly to a hotel. The river is a really nice community, very friendly people and has a lovely coffee shop and pool right on the property.

Joy is a wonderful host! She kindly picked us up & dropped us off at our next place. Joy had lots of water for us in the fridge, & put lots of treats & fruit out for us! The location is excellent, and an easy 5 minute walk to Chiang Mai Gate. The hot water & A/C worked great & the Wifi was ok. The bed linens were spotless, but there was a lot of dust around & the floors, toilet & mirrors etc. were quite dirty. I attempted to clean around the rim of the toilet, but it was stained enough I couldn't do it. There was no clutter in the room or the area upstairs where the rooms were, however there was a lot in the kitchen & living room due to the place having no cupboards. Unfortunately I think the large house is such a big job to look after that it's maybe a bit overwhelming for one person to handel.

When I booked the room, there was a slight incident because of a problem with the system, but the host responded quickly and communicated smoothly, and helped arrange the pick-up and drop-off, which was very warm.The space in the quadruple room is quite large, very comfortable, I like the healing pattern mat in the bathroom, the bathtub also put the bathtub and the real rose, it was a pleasant surprise to🤩 stay for six days, as long as the sign was hung up, the cleaning staff cleaned every day, and thoughtfully put the clothes on the bed. Drinking mineral water will be charged every day, and it is no problem to temporarily ask for an extra cotton quilt.It was my first time in Chiang Mai and I could stay in such a lovely place.😊

Awesome spot for a stay in the jungle. Very peaceful and relaxing. Tough to get to, but if you assume it will be 1200baht to/from (even through ride share apps) then it's well worth the price. Good/fairly priced food.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Stayed for a total of three days. Very close to the ancient city of Tha Phae Gate. Very quiet street. The location is relatively good, the food is delicious
