Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

I stayed in the apartment for three weeks and really liked it. The host was considerate and helped me with a few requests. The view of the pool and all the greenery around is a big plus. During my stay, I was working remotely, and the chair wasn’t comfortable for long hours of work. If you're planning to work from the apartment, you can rent an ergonomic chair, monitor, and other gear from moni rent Chiang mai. Also, if the building’s pool and gym aren't enough for you, there’s a five-star hotel right next door where you can pay for daily access. One thing to be aware of, there are always small ants in the kitchen. If you accidentally leave some food out on the counter, they show up quickly and in big numbers.

This was the most clean and beautiful Airbnb I lived in so far. The hosts were the nicest and gave me so many amazing recommendations for the city. They even let me check in and out earlier/ later for free. Super nice and never happened like this to me before. If you are looking for a super modern, clean and central accommodation in the nimman area, this is your place. Thank you again guys. I will be back for sure!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was so ideal to reach anywhere you’d like to go in Chang Mai, and the surrounding shops and food spots were also amazing. The apartment itself was spotless, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. The host made sure everything we would need for our stay was available, and the instructions were made very clear. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the facilities you could need. We definitely would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Chang Mai.

this was one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnb we've stay at! apartment looks exactly like photos with beautiful lighting. everything was perfect, comfortable. location is just 2 min walk beside maya mall and easily walkable to nimman area for great restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. the host were also super responsive to any requests! overall we had a really pleasant experience :)

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

I had the chance to stay in this room and absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic—just about a 10-minute walk to the Night Bazaar. The room itself is beautiful with an amazing view. There's a swimming pool and a fitness center on the rooftop, which makes the view even more stunning. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again next time!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

Great place Amazing location

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

It was a trip that I planned for the purpose of 'rest' because my body and mind were tired from overworking. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with lots of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was the place. It's very quiet, except for the occasional sound of an airplane. I saw the reviews before I booked, and I went prepared to use earplugs, but I didn't use them. I was concerned at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes sold near the road every day and eating them at home. (The fridge is large and nice) There was a washing machine and detergent, so I took a small amount of clothes, and I felt like I was really living at home while doing the laundry during my week-long stay. Whenever you need help, I was grateful for the host's really quick response. I had a good rest for a week, and I want to stay again next time.

We had a wonderful stay with our children of 2 and 4 in Lala's apartment. Lala even arranged a high chair and baby bed for our youngest daughter. Location was perfect for us. Just outside the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of several nice eateries, supermarket and the night bazaar and a rooftop swimming pool. We had some problems with the shower the first days but this was resolved quickly. Even during Songkran! Lala was always quick and easy to reach. In short, we definitely recommend this stay.
