There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

I especially like the common area on the first floor!The lighting and French vintage furniture complement each other perfectly, it's like a photo studio!The kittens were bribed with a cat bar. It was really photogenic. (We stayed in a studio on the first floor and it didn't feel crowded at all. There is a private bathroom ~ Next to it is a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and condiments. The refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also super large. It should be very comfortable for a family to rent an entire house for a long stay ~

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

Loved this place, would 100% return!

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Nararat's place was a wonderful home away from home. She was very accommodating for my daughter providing a high chair, plates, silverware, and a sleeping cushion for her. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with easily accessible shops nearby to walk to for making meals at home. This accommodation served my family well as we spent our week in Chiang Mai. If my family goes back to Chiang Mai, I will be happy to book this house again.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets

I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the picture. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. However, it is not a linoleum, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the window is a wooden window, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home keyper is a must. I personally highly recommend it. You don't have to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation.👍🏻 I was using an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy But in the morning, the chicken was so noisy... it seemed like it was next door. If you need a high-quality product, I tried to make it. We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful village, yet still close to so many great activities and delicious cafes. The house was exactly as described in the listing: clean and comfortable. It truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the pool and it was a highlight for our whole group! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the cleaners who cared for the property during our stay were so kind and thoughtful. We’d love to come back again someday!

Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

I’m so glad I stayed here instead of the heart of the city. This place is a great mix of nature and still close to the center. Great value for the area. Kom is an amazing host that makes you feel right at home. Baankiri guest house in itself was a great experience in Chaing Mai. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Hands down the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date! The design was truly one-of-a-kind, with thoughtful decor that gave the space a warm, homey vibe. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Bonus: there’s a great little restaurant nearby with delicious food. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in style!

The host was very friendly and kind to us, the check-in environment was comfortable, there was a washing machine that could provide laundry for travelers staying for multiple days, it was a very good place to stay👍🏻
