You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

The village has its own pub and is located on the geological edge of the Cotswolds with many beautiful walks to be discovered The living space has a very large lounge, good sized bedroom and own bathroom. It has great broadband/wifi meaning you can stay in contact with the World whether on holiday or working It has its own entrance and safe off street parking.

Located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Blenheim, Bicester and the Cotswolds. Silverstone is within easy reach. Additionally, 2 National Trust properties are within 7 miles. The Falcon pub, which has a large garden, is a 20/25 min walk away utilising a public footpath across arable land. There are various other footpath walks. JLR Gaydon is only 6 miles along the B4100. Free parking for 1 CAR. Recently converted with all new appliances and superfast Wi Fi.

A 17th century thatched countryside retreat.

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is no shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.
